“I was so impressed with all of the thought and effort that went into personalizing Literacy camp for each child. From the 20 minute meeting BEFORE camp even began per child, to the written explanation of what went into camp AFTER it was over, the detail was evident. My son loved attending his week and was actually sad to leave when it was over. It is so refreshing as a parent to see your child WANT to read and learn during the summer. That is a credit to the wonderfully organized and enthusiastic teachers that you will find in Miss Brooke and Miss Jackie. The information you receive after the week is over to help reinforce concepts learned is fantastic for parents looking to maintain the skills learned during the week. I look forward to enrolling my younger son next year! This camp is a terrific way to help avoid the “summer slide!” -Katie B., Paoli PA
“I was very impressed with the activities my child did in Kindergarten Enrichment. I found it to be comprehensive and appropriate for her level. The progress she made was amazing! It was great to know she was learning in a fun environment. The level of detail provided to me throughout the program was phenomenal. I could not have asked for a better enrichment to her kindergarten day!” -Wayne Parent
“I loved the K enrichment class and the positive developmental impact it had on my son. Now, a genuine sense of enjoyment and discovery have been instilled in my son; he walks around reading signs and words, sounding them out, asking questions, … using his new found tools to open the reading doorways surrounding his worlds. Love it!!!! Keep up the amazing work!” -Devon Paren
“Enrichment has been an excellent and fun learning experience for my daughter. You both do a phenomenal job! The small size of the group is a definite attraction because you are reassured that your child is getting individualized attention and can be fully engaged in the learning process. Thank you both!!” -Berwyn Parent
“We attended Little Ones for Literacy for the first time this summer after many of our friends raved about the program. We enrolled our two children who are very different readers. Our oldest is ahead in reading while our youngest struggles a bit. Brooke, Jackie and Kate were so attentive. They assessed our children before the start of camp to ensure they met their needs and developed a plan that would strengthen their skills. The games made learning fun and the introduction helped cure any first time nerves. At the end, you are given examples of their work as well as ways to continue their growth. My children loved it and I loved the insight and ability to continue their individual learning paths. We highly recommend Little Ones for Literacy.” -Kipp and Christine Gearhart
“Our daughter absolutely loved literacy camp! It was very well-run, organized and fun. Our daughter looked forward to going each day and can’t wait to go back next year. Judging from the excellent results so far, we will be very happy to send her back 🙂 “ -T. Frederick, Devon PA
“My husband and I were impressed with how interactive and creative the language lessons were. Our daughter has renewed her enthusiasm for reading! We especially enjoyed the photo gallery of the campers in action and look forward to sending our daughter back again next summer!” -Erin M., Berwyn PA
“My son Henry loved Little Ones For Literacy (or “reading camp” as he called it!) because the activities were fun. The teachers went out of their way to turn regular games into learning and reading games – and that worked perfectly for my son! We’ll be back next year with both sons!” -Molly, Malvern PA
“Brooke is a truly exceptional educator! She has a unique talent for bringing text to life through interactive and fun activities, and is able to pinpoint specific areas of need when it comes to early literacy. My son has made tremendous progress as a direct result of her tutoring sessions and her ability to communicate back to me how to better help him at home. Best of all, he loves the time spent with her so much it’s often difficult to convince him to leave.”-Berwyn Parent
